6/4/2007 Hyannisport Hideaway
A brilliant base for a family holiday to the Cape. Very close to the Nantucket ferry, whale watching boats from Barnstable and many beautiful beaches but so quiet and peaceful to return to in the evenings. The house is very comfortably furnished and thoughtfully equipped making it easy to take care of and entertain a family away from home. |
|
 |
Also within easy driving distance, Hyannis Main Street and Mall offer a great variety of shopping, bars and restaurants. Finally, we found the whole booking, payment and check in and out process really straightforward - thanks Julia!

My wife, Inge, and I came over from Denmark with our grown-up son and Inge's mother and stayed at Julia and Chuck's house in Hyannisport. It was simply a fantastic vacation and the house had everything one needs to live luxuriously. The whole rental was done over the net and every aspect (including our payment by credit card) went without a hitch. Julia and Chuck met us when we arrived and gave us a few pointers, and then we were left on our own in a house that contained every vacation and household amenity imaginable -- all brand new, or nearly so. |
We really had an excellent vacation at Hyannisport Hideaway, and I highly reccommend it for anyone considering a week or two on the Cape. We hope to come back someday.

We spent a week at Bayview Cottage at the end of the shoulder season (just before the crowds). We loved the central location which allowed us to go in any direction without a lot of Pre-Planning. The home was
well furnished. It was convenient and spacious for sleeping.

My husband and I loved the house and location. I'm always a bit nervous when traveling 1000 miles to a rental vacation home, hoping that everything is in order when we arrive. |
 |
|
The owners provided us with a lot of information prior to our visit and we especially appreciated having several contact numbers in case there had been a problem. I'm happy to say everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We always travel with our Golden Retriever, Morgan, and he had the best time!
There are so many dog friendly places to visit on the Cape - the National Seashore, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Provincetown and even picnicking with him at a great lobster place, Moby Dick's, near Wellfleet.
|
At the end of a long day of "vacationing", he felt very comfortable in his new surroundings, curling up in front of the fireplace like he always lived here. We were very happy with all the extras provided, from kitchen supplies to recreational items (beach chairs, mats, etc). It was most like a home away from home of all the vacation rentals we have had.

Despite the weather - which was truly awful - we had a GREAT time. We were especially grateful for the Playstation and 2 TVs as we had rain every single day of our stay and our 4 children made good use of them.
We managed to see a good deal of the Cape and particularly enjoyed the chowder at Captain Parker's, the sandwiches at Common Ground and everything we tried at Sparkys. |
|
 |
For breakfast, The Pancake Man was disappointing but the little French cafe on Main St was a real fine - great coffe and pastries. Hopefully we'll be back and spend some time on the beaches which looked spectacular through our rain-splattered windscreen!

4/1/2007 Bayview Getaway
We loved staying at Bayview Getaway. The house was very comfortable, well stocked, and in central location. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave everyone plenty of room, and the living area was comfy. There is a nice deck, and the dead end street is excellent for small kids and dogs. We could easily walk into town, to the beach, or to the harbor. We were able to explore the entire Cape from the house. |
Our dogs also give it an A+ because it backs up to a great preserve for walking. The owners provide great area information about beaches, lighthouses, activities for kids, and places to eat. We relied on their info for the whole trip and weren't disapppointed! We would definitely stay there again!

Dear Julia, Chuck and Hamilton,
Thank you for meeting us on arrival, your lovely home has been a real home away from home. Little touches, such as the beach bag, were much appreciated - you really have thought of and supplied everything we would have wanted.
Our first visit to Cape Cod has exceeded all our expectations. We came to see the wildlife and walk the beaches - 'whale watching' should be made compulsory for all visitors! - highly recommend the tour from Barnstable harbour as its only a short drive home after a real adrenaline high. |
|
 |
Enjoyed evening strolls through the bogs at the end of the street - full of songbirds, rabbits and other friendly critters. Watching a pair of ospreys fishing near Eastham was also a great thrill. Just chilling here has been easy.
We leave with fond memories of or visit to the Cape thanks to your great hospitality.

Dear Julia and Chuck,
We have had a fantastic time here at the Cape, made particularly comfortable by the amenities provided by Lewis Bay Retreat.
It is very apparent the thoughtfulness and care you have taken in preparing this home for guests. The "Guest Info" provided gave us a very good start to exploring our new surroundings (Palio pizzas are superb.) |
Thank you ever so much for making our little holiday here so memorable.

We had a wonderful time at the Lewis Bay Retreat, it was so nice to have a "home" to come to after exploring all day. The Cape was wonderful this time of the year, as there were no crowds and luckily the weather was beautiful! The house was exactly as described and we were very happy with the entire experience!

5/20/2007 Hyannisport Hideaway
We stayed in the property May 2007 and found it absolutely delightful. It is exactly as Julia(the owner) describes it and is in a perfect location to explore the Cape or just laze on the nearby beaches. It has every amenity you could possibly require and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. |
I will admit to being somewhat doubtfull regarding handing over personal details direct to someone I have never met but Julia was a pleasure to deal with and a great help not only with the booking process but with any queries we had.
We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future and fully intend to return.

Dear Julia,
Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome at Lewis Bay Retreat. We had a wonderful time and had the most amazing weather. We can highly recommend your vacation home to everyone - especially to vacationers with children and dogs.
We also appreciate that we were able to bring our dog. |
|
 |
Jia, our boxer girl, loved the vacation and enjoyed her walks through the preservation area. We really appreciated how dog-friendly the Cape was (starting Sep. 15th).
Provincetown actually had a dog-festival - it was worth the trip. Mid-week our sister-in-law and our 2 1/2 year-old niece from Germany joined us and they loved their stay.
We really felt at home at Lewis Bay Retreat and are planning to return in the near future.
All our best,

2/24/2007 Hyannisport Hideaway
We stayed February 24-25 and used the house as a base for a few of us who were running in the Hyannis Half Marathon. We couldn't have been happier with the experience and were able to take advantage of the off season rates, so it ended up being much cheaper than a hotel.
The house is accurately depicted on your Web site (although we were surprised as it was much bigger than we had envisioned it). Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen is a cook's dream. |
|
All of the little touches you have thought of -- from condiments to hair driers to towels and linens -- made packing for our weekend away very easy. Best of all for people who had run 13.1 miles were the incredibly comfortable beds!
Thanks again. We hope to be back very soon.

What a wonderful long weekend we spent
at your beautiful home! Cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean! The
"guest info" book was a great help in finding places to eat and take
long walks with our dog. She just loved all the beaches and parks! But
our favorite things were the well-equipped kitchen, top-quality linens,
and BIG coffee mugs. You can bet we'll be back!

This is the first time we rented a vacation home and to our delight it
was the right choice. Your home is both pleasing to the eye and a
relaxing get away. We were pleasantly surprised by the many amenities
provided for your guests far and above what one would expect. It is
evident that a lot of thought and care has gone into your home. Many
thanks to you and your staff for a great stay and for making us feel at
home in Hyannis.

Just to say a big thank you for the cottage. It was really cosy and very
well equipped and very clean. We just loved the Cape and of course the
cottage was so well situated and in easy reach of everything. Just a
small comment - a line to hang laundry on in the basement would be
useful. Other than that everything was extremly well organised &
Julia even phoned on our arrival to check everything was o.k which we
thought was a really good touch and made us feel that we were getting
an excellent service. |
Would thoroughly recommend this property. Enjoy!!

What a great time we had! The weather was rainy but we still kept busy. My grand children ages 1 and 2 loved the beach. I spent a few hours
alone just reading and watching the boats.I can't say enough about the
house. It was clean, well stocked with whatever we needed. The beds
were very comfortable.I loved the yard and the short walk to the beach
and ferry. The only thing I would have liked is a cookie sheet to
bake.Looking forward to coming next year.

We
stayed at the Hyannisport Hideaway in early August, and were extremely
happy with our choice. We've rented houses for over 15 years, and the
Hideaway was the most well-equipped house we've ever experienced. Our 8
yr.old twins loved the beach toys, games, books, and boogie boards,
while we loved not having to pack beach chairs, towels, and other
cooking/grocery essentials. The house provided easy access to other
Cape locations and included lots of tourist info. and maps to help plan
our days. The house definitely added to the quality of our trip.

Dear Julia & family.
We had a wonderful two weeks staying at your property. The drive from
Boston airport was only about 70 miles and was very straightforward.
The weather was superb and the house was excellent - we particularly
liked the spaciousness of the bedrooms and the fact that there was a
bathroom upstairs and down. Hyannis is fabulous - there is so much to
do for all the family and a great range of restaurants. We enjoyed
being within walking distance of a beach and very close to the harbour
and town (could walk to these quite easily - about 15 mins walk). All
restaurants we visited were great but a few that deserve a mention are
Tugboats (5 mins walk from house and great views of harbour), The
Lighthouse Inn at Dennis (on seafront), Hearth n Kettle (excellent menu
and great for kids). For casual drinking the Black Cat pub by the
harbour was excellent and they served good food as well. Thank you
again.

The
whole booking process was dealt with speedily, efficiently and in a
friendly manner. The house is in a great location - Hyannis has plenty
to offer and as the house is within walking distance of the shops, bars
and restaurants, it meant we could leave the car at home. We felt safe
at all times - as first time visitors to the USA we couldn't quite
believe our luck. It was a real home from home! Thank you so much for
your attention to detail.

The home was everything promised and more. The weather could not have
been better and the whole family took advantage of the outdoor seating
for many meals and playtime. The fenced-in yard provided a safe place
for my two young daughters to play without any worry. We spent many
afternoons at the beach right down the road. It wasn't very crowded and
the calm water was perfect for my 18 month old. Overall, we thoroughly
enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the home to others. We are
even thinking of renting it again next summer!!

Your house was fantastic, so close to everything, 5
minute walk to a beautiful beach, or 10 minutes to Hyannis and the
docks. I was amazed at how well you have it stocked, its like being at

well. Only thing missing was an outside shower (an old cape thing).
This is one home people should love to rent, no questions. Thank you again. |

What a week we had! The house is adorable and so well equipped - you
thought of everything. We had perfect weather. The whale watch, the
beaches, biking, and mini-golf were a blast. Kids loved the go carts in

athmosphere relaxed and casual (bathing suits and T shirts are proper
dress).
It was a relaxing vacation to say the least!

Dear Julia and Chuck,
What a wonderful week we had! The weater was great despite one day of
rain out of entire week. No complaints with that, though. Took the kids
to the Zooquarium that day and they had a ball.
Our days at the beach were so relaxing. Tugboats was our favorite place to eat and only a short stroll from the house.
Your house is immaculate and filled with all the conveniences of home.
It was more than any of us expected!!! It was so nice to not have to
pack our linens!
The house is perfectly located to everything we enjoy doing at the
Cape. Morning walks to the harbor were so enjoyable. It was fun to
watch the boats come and go. Main St., Hyannis has a lot of neat shops
to visit.
We took a seal watch tour out of Chatham and saw many seals! Our 3
children loved playing mini-golf, visiting the arcades and driving the
go-carts in Harwich (after full days at the beach, of course!! :)

Over the year we have stayed in many condos and houses, but none have

We recommend the Cape

We also enjoyed the beach pass- Craigville was our favorite. Other
recommendations are Four Seas Ice Cream in Centerville, Pirate's Cove
Adventure Golf, seafood at Baxter's (a short walk), and the aquarium at
Woods Hole. Thanks for the use of Cape Cod Street Map and guide books!

I was there over the Thanksgiving
weekend with 5 of my good friends. What a great place to spend the
holiday. The accomadations were first rate. All of our needs were met.
I couldn't have asked for any better.
First of all everything that we needed was already there, towels,
sheets, cooking needs, utentsils, cups, drinking glasses, wine glasses,
dvd player, cd player, television, the list is too long to include
everything. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The fireplace
was fantastic. Leave it to say anything you would need to have a
pleasant and comfortable stay was there.
While we were there to spend time with friends and didn't take
advantage of the reasons most people visit Cape Cod it is well situated
for anyone who wishes to.
We really had a great time and I highly recommend staying there.

Julia & Chuck provide a
wonderfully warm & inviting home in a great location on the Cape.
They take care of everything, including sheets, towels (even beach
towels!), beach chairs, BBQ grill, coolers, more dishes/glassware than
we could ever use.
We walked to the beach and to get the high speed ferry to Martha's
Vineyard, so no parking worries. We had the pleasure of meeting Julia
& Chuck, and they really want you to feel it is your home for the
week. Also, the recently renovated kitchen was beautiful.
We brought our laptops and "worked from home" a couple of days, with
the high-speed wireless access - a great amenity, in my opinion. Even
our dogs had a great stay. They had a hose to wash them off after
playing in the bay. And Chuck brought over some puppy shampoo to clean
them up...how thoughtful is that?! The washer and dryer in the basement
came in handy many times.
Not sure what else to say...we loved the place!

05/28/06 Lewis Bay Retreat
As we left Boston airport having been
delayed three hours in London while they fixed an engine, we drove
through the rain and fog, anxious that the house we had rented in Lewis
Bay would be OK, the car radio reporter told us the worst storms since
the 1930s were on their way and to expect a wall of water to hit the
area. It began to look like Cornwall might have been a better bet. The house was all we could have hoped for, bright charming and
comfortable.
|
During the storm on the first Sunday we relaxed and
enjoyed the 101 personal touches the Julia & Chuck made to the
house. The small library of books from Poe to murder mystery to maps to
a sound system, TV and games that eased the jet lag and helped us
forget the rain outside. With a good sized kitchen fully equipped we
didn’t need to venture far even though eating out was easy with
too many places to choose from and even pizza delivery if we wanted.
As the week went by the weather improved and the sun was out by the
Tuesday when we drove up to Provincetown where the Pilgrim Fathers went
ashore. We went on to enjoy all of Nantucket Bay and Cape Cod;
Sandwich, Chatham, Falmouth and of course Hyannis we didn’t get
round to visit Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket Island but
there’s always the next time. The beaches were stunning as is
Julia’s & Chuck’s House, thank you for doing such an
excellent job and letting us lead the good life for a week.

What a wonderful place! My boyfriend
and I had two other couples join us for a "Fall Getaway". Although the
weather was miserable (not much you can do about that) we made the best
of it and spent a fair amount of time at the house. We enjoyed the very
well equipped kitchen, cooking "comfort food" for the gang. The TV has
plenty of channels and we enjoyed doing a puzzle on the coffee table. I
brought wine classes and martini glasses, but didn't need them as the
house came "fully equipped". I brought plastic wrap and aluminum foil,
again, not needed as it was already provided. The linens and towels are
high quality and luxurious while the home is comfortable and welcoming.
We loved having a fire in the fire place on those cold blustery
evenings. We can't wait to come back!

perfect place to stay on Cape Cod and not only was HyannisPort the
perfect location on Cape Cod, but this was the perfect house to stay

The Hideway was a great Christmas
getaway for my family and I. Perfect accomodations for my parents, two
brothers, me, and my husband. Cozy - but private enough that we didn't
feel we were always on top of each other. For a family that likes to
cook, the kitchen is a huge bonus... we made a full holiday dinner -
Mom even baked her cookies there. Our only wish - a vaccuum cleaner!
Even though there is a housekeeping service which comes in before and
after you're there, we like to keep things neat while we're there.
(Esp. with Xmas tree needles, or sand in the summer). We'll definitely
be back - thanks Julia for all your help. The place is obviously well
cared-for and all guest will appreciate that.

Your home is as welcoming and
beautiful and it appeared on the website. We were so comfortable there
and had such nice long chats in the inviting kitchen. We entertained
newly found family and it was the perfect spot for it. We were all so
at ease in our surroundings. Early morning bike rides and sunset
strolls along Craigville Beach - not to mention the central location on
the Cape were all added bonuses. The entire transaction was efficient
and professional and we hope to come back next year. Thank you for
sharing with us.

Julia and Chuck,
We had a great time this week and enjoyed the great house. It felt more
like we were staying with a friend as opposed to simply renting a home
with all the helpful tips and comments.
You thought of everything from the BBQ to the gold box full of
pamphlets. We found many things to do from the use of the gold box.

Dear Julia and Chuck,
We really enjoyed our week here. Your house is so beautiful - we're
going to try some of your ideas at home! We spend our days enjoying the
local beaches, we especially liked Kalmus Beach. The more sheltered
side was perfect for the kids.
It was such a blessing to not have to bring our own linens, beach
chairs, grill, etc. (If we had to - we wouldn't be sure if the dog or
the children would have to be tied to the roof). Thanks for the doggie
blankets and the waterproof mattress covers - you really have thought
of everything. Duffy really liked the red checkered blankets.
The chocolates and wine and dog biscuits were a very nice welcome.
Unfortunately, the Chirardellis started us on a slippery downward
chocolate slope!
Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your wonderful home with us.

Dear Julia and Family,
We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The house had

appealing. We look forward to our next visit!

The house was well appointed and comfortable. The pictures and
description provided give one a good understanding of what to expect. I
especially liked having linens and basic necessities supplied.
The house is well located for long walks to the Hyannis beaches,
downtown Hyannis and through the West Yarmouth neighborhood. It's also
within walking distance of the island ferries and is a nice central
location for exploring the rest of Cape Cod by car.
The rental process worked flawlessly from initial application to the
welcoming truffles and phone message, and self addressed stamped
envelope that made the key return process absolutely painless. The
resident beach pass provided made exploring all of the Barnstable
beaches trouble free.
Many thanks.

Bayview Getaway was the best cottage I have ever rented. It came with
everything you could possibly need and was a terrific location for
hoping on the Ferrys for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and a short
drive to all the cute towns to shop. Minutes from Hyannis. We also
loved Chatham and Sandwich. We had a problem with one of the beds and
Julia and Chuck broght a brand new mattress over that same day. You
really feel that your comfort is very important to them. I would refer
all of my friends to this place. Had a great time.

Dear Julia and Chuck,
Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We all had a wonderful
time here. The weather was perfect and we made the most of it!! The
National Seashore - Head of Meadow was our favorite. Waves and empty
beaches - perfect! Our pup Dusty has been sleeping soundly every night.
It was great to be able to be in such a dog friendly environment. She
came with us everywhere.
P-town was perfect - as always. Such a fun town. Staying here made it
so easy - you really have thought of everything. |

Dear Julia and Chuck,
Thank you for a wonderful week of lazy days at the beach, beautiful
weather, views of the harbor, kayak adventures, sail boat excursions
and happy evenings making dinner, playing games, and - in one case -

The house was the perfect mix of a home and a beach cottage, and we
loved our family vacation here. Homer especially sends his thanks. He
loved the walk to the beach, the friends he met there, and the chance
to swim every day.
We're very grateful for all the thoughtfullness - from beach towels to

Dear Julia,
We have had the most fantastic week. Your house is absolutely perfect,
a real home from home - we could not have hoped for more! The situation
in Hyannis was great, very peaceful but yet within easy walking
distance of the beach and restaurants. Our favourite meal was on the
last day at Alberto's - superb food and service.
We have enjoyed trips to Martha's Vineyard,
Heritage Museum at Sandwich, Chatham, Falmouth, fire museum at Brewsetr
and a great day at Water Wizz in Wareham.
|
|
 |
Our favourite day was the whale trip from Provincetown. It was amazing,
the whales came right up alongside the boat and sprayed us from their
blowholes!
We had some great meals in town - Schooners and Fresh Ketch were our
favourites. We also had a great evening listening to the band in the
park.
We loved the convenience of the beach at the end of the road and it was
great to sit and watch all the boat tours going past. We went on the
Duck Tour which gave us a few laughs!
We hope to come back again and enjoy the hospitality the Cape and
especially Lewis Bay Retreat has to offer.
Best wishes

Dear Chuck and Julia,
Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for our Cape Cod
holiday. |
We arranged our accomodation at Hyannis Hideaway more than two
months in advance; therefore, had much anticipation and excitement
leading up to our arrival. As we got closer in our twelve hour drive we
began to get nervous about what to expect. We had sent off a cheque to
someone we had never seen. What if this place doesn't exist? Not only
did it exist, but it was most beautiful.
The interent pictures of your home were exactly the way the home is set
up. Cleanliness and attention to detail is certainly at the forefront
of the owners.
Mother-in-law who flew in for a few days was very impressed with all of
the modern appliances and comforts of home. She was very happy with the
choice of our Hyannis Hideaway. The kitchen and dining area made for
enjoyable Cape Cod cooking and conversations. Cooking in the big
kitchen did not seem to be a chore like at home. We actually enjoyed
our home cooked meals much more than the evenings we went out! The
living room area is a comfy, cozy place to unwind after long days.
After a few night caps on the deck, retiring the the airconditioned
bedrooms was an added pleasure. The boys were very intigued by and
raced home to the outdoor shower after our days at the Beach! The
nautical theme throughout the home adds to the Cape Cod experience.
It was the most enjoyable way to spend our 18th Wedding Anniversary
with our boys. We hope to return to Cape Cod again and will plan early
to ensure a vacancy the Hyannis Hideaway. We really appreciated the
bikes available in the garage for our rides to the convenience store
for a morning paper and for Julia's extra efforts with suggestions and
ideas, adding to our great holiday!

Julia and Chuck,
Our stay here at Bayview has been great and we are sad to see it come
to an end. We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to the house
and just as pleased with the inside.
You thought of everything we could possibly need and more, the home was
well equipped with everything. Each day was filled with things to do,
we especially enjoyed the whale watching cruise and deep sea fishing on
the Helen H out of Hyannis. We caught enough fluke for several nights
worth of dinner. We also enjoyed spending cool nights on the deck and
grilling dinner.
Our 2 dogs, Lexy and Stimpy also felt welcome. (Thanks for the treats.)
We would like to thank you for opening your home to us.

Dear Julia,
Thank you so much for the use of your house in Cape Cod. It was
perfect. Enough space for everyone not to get on each other's nerves,
enough insulation... *One hopes* that the neighbours didn't hear us
yelling at each other,(3 teenage girls what does one expect), a great
deck where we took our meals daily, AMERICAN TV (if you don't live
outside of america you don't know how exciting this can be), deck
chairs that sit in the sand at sea shelled beaches, resident pass for
Barnstable Beaches, quiet evening walks to the water down the street,
watching the ferries to and fro from the Islands, bunny rabbits that
welcome you when you arrive, A/C, an incredibly well stacked kitchen
with so many things that I now want to get, and just a wonderful place
filled with beautiful things that we were able to call home for a week.
It was the perfect family vacation.

Ethan enjoyed catching critters (eels, minnows, crabs, clams, etc) in
the little inlet 2 blocks east of Bayview beach. We had a very
productive whale watch out of Provincetown.
We loved the Old Yarmouth Inn and also enjoyed Spark Fish in Brewster.
We also had a nice Italian meal in Hyannis. Ethan developed a love for
miniature golf - we enjoyed Thunder Falls and Pirates Cove in
particular.
The guest book was really helpful too! And the beach. Thanks again -

It was a perfect week! The house and yard was perfect, we got to enjoy
the deck and yard. The beach was wonderful! I got to spend quality time

to spend time with us on Tuesday.
My daughter-in-law thought I did good. The house was much more than she
expected. We loved the kitchen! We spent alot of time together in the
kitchen because my son did all the cooking and we always seem to gather
in the kitchen and dining room together when we are at home.
My daughter-in-law wants to make it a yearly trip now. We all enjoyed

Julia and Chuck,
Thank you for opening up this home to our family. We enjoyed staying
here so much. All amenities and more were there for our use; you were
very considered and
thorough in providing for our needs. We especially appreciated the
typed up information book about the beaches and this area and the beach
pass! Sandy Neck was our favorite! We spent each day exploring the
different beaches and the areas. We did not have enough time to do
everything we wanted but just going to beaches was wonderful. My 15
year old nephew Val thought "the bed was very comfortable" and he liked
the "paintings and artifacts". My 7 years old daughter liked touching
the tassel on the front curtain, and the TV. Our dog Rosie appreciated
being with us and she enjoyed the beach as well.

Thank you so much for the use of your lovely home. We had a great time.
The house is wonderful. You have done a terrific job of stocking
everything one can possibly need. It was so nice having a few staples

stay in such a nice, clean place. It made all the difference in our
vacation. We enjoyed having the bikes, AC, the W/D...just everything.
I know it is very difficult to rent sight unseen from a stranger. I was
a bit worried, but I pretty much said whatever happens, happens! What a
relief it was though to arrive and see how clean and well kept your
home was. It definitely surpassed our expectations. You have been so
professional, and have provided such excellent service. My husband and
I were amazed! You have thought of everything, down to the tool to
adjust the bike seats! I told all my friends on the Cape. They were
amazed too. Most rentals don't provide all those details. Biking to
Hyannisport, early in the morning, and grabbing a cup of coffee at the
country store was great fun...beautiful views! You made that possible!

Thank you for opening your home to us. It was a great, relaxing

We were so happy we stayed in your house. It was everything you said
and more, very clean and well taken care of.
Everything was great. We had a great time on the Cape. With the wet
weather on Sunday, we drove around and explored the various towns,
which helped us plan our week. We did get 3-4 great beach days, which
proved to be plenty of sun, it was actually much warmer than we thought
it may be which was a nice surprise. The nights cooled off very nice
and your home gets good cross breezes.
We usually rent a house or condo once a year in various places and no
one provides the extra touches you provide (condiments, laundry
detergent, bath products, linen ribbons). These were very nice.
We went to the Fish Market a couple of times and did use the lobster
pot which was great to have. It was a great week on the Cape. We
explored from Woods Hole to Provincetown. The location of your home is
great! We had some great days on the beach and enjoyed the shopping and
eating that Cape Cod has to offer. The area proved rich in history and
in culture, making for a very enjoyable week.
We were very happy with your home, and extremely pleased and grateful
for how nice it was interacting with you. We had a great vacation.
