A two story, 3 bedroom 2 bath Cape
style house with spacious bedrooms, a sunny eat-in kitchen and an open
floor living room, this Cape Cod pet friendly rental home is
outfitted with all the amenities to make your stay pleasant, memorable
and fun!
The first floor consists of a living room
with a fireplace and a bay window. There is a 27" TV
with DVD and VCR player in the living room, a Sony PlayStation
video game system and a collection of books and games.

There is an extra large bedroom with
a queen bed, an entertainment center with a TV and VCR,
chairs and books to make it into a private retreat.
The bed linen and bath towels
are supplied for your use. The queen size bed with a
memory foam mattress topper is outfitted
with high thread pure cotton sheet and thirsty towels. The sitting area
in this super spacious bedroom provides a retreat when you need
it.

All bedrooms have A/C
window units so you can leave your dog at home while exploring the Cape
without worrying about heat and humidity's effects on your pet while
staying at our Cape Cod pet friendly vacation home.
The kitchen is outfitted
with the refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, electrical tea
kettle, pots and pans.
There is fine china and stoneware for your use, whatever is the
occasion. The wine opener and crystal wine glasses might come in handy
for a celebration! The dining room table can be extended to accomodate
up 8 people.

You will also find a hair dryer, iron,
ironing board, paper supplies and basic kitchen staples in the house so
you don’t have to spend your first day on Cape Cod stocking
up. There is a washer and a dryer in the basement.

long walks to the Hyannis beaches, downtown Hyannis and through the
West Yarmouth neighborhood. It's also within walking distance of the
island ferries and is a nice central location for exploring the rest of

Our Cape Cod dog friendly rental
home is located on a very quiet dead end street within an easy
five minute walk to a warm and gentle
Nantucket Sound bay beach (Bayview beach).
You can swim, play in the sand, and enjoy
the view of Lewis Bay and many boats that enter Hyannis Inner Harbor
every year. You can walk to Hyannis Harbor and board a deep-sea fishing
vessel, take a ferry to an island, take a harbor cruise...

You can enjoy a barbecue or grill your fresh
catch of the day! An outdoor lounge and a 2 person swing let you
enjoy gorgeous summer weather outdoors. Your dog can romp in the yard
of this pet friendly Cape Cod home or take them for a nice long walk in
the nearby conservation area...

restaurants. Tugboats
restaurant is a 5 minute walk away. There are several restaurants
within walking distance to our home - check out our Dining information

We supply a free beach pass
that will allow you to park at all of town of Barnstable beaches,
including the famous Craigville and Sandy Neck beaches! Explore both
Nantuckets Sound and Bay beaches without worrying about parking fees.
This becomes particularly budget friendly for longer
stays!

The second floor contains two
spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
The sage bedroom with a queen bed
enjoys the best morning sun. In addition to the bed and dressers,
there's a sofa tucked under the window so you spend time in the privacy
of the bedroom if you opt for some quiet time alone. |

The second upstairs bedroom features rich
plum decor. There is a queen size bed with the memory
foam topper and 2 twin beds to give
maximum flexibility.
There is plenty of space in the closets for
everything you packed! But don't bring too much - we have beach
towels and beach chairs, beach toys, a mosquito net so you
can enjoy the back yard well into the night... |

| Bayview Getaway offers you
a pet friendly Cape Cod vacation rental all year round and is
particularly well located for our 4 legged
guests :) It is on a dead end street, so there is no through
car traffic. The street is a small one with just a few homes so even
residential traffic is at a minimum. The house abuts conservation
area where your dog can explore to his or her heart content, go on
a brisk walk, swim in a little pond and have an all around good time. |

For dining with his human family, he or she can walk with you to the
Main St. in Hyannis - quite a few restaurants are pet
friendly when their humans dine outside.

The
house is located next to a 100 acre parcel of undeveloped land with
trails for walking, biking and dog-walking. Your pooch would enjoy a
romp on the many trails, and there's also a small pond suitable for
dogs.

There are 2 bicycles for your use -
you can also rent bicycles nearby. We have a list of bike rental shops
at the house.

We accept mature well-behaved dogs
all year round at an additional charge, with
prior approval. Your dog will greatly enjoy the walks in the
conservation area.
